"... Well this is fantastic..."

After a test with her chaotic throwing cards Valerie managed to accidentally blast herself into the air with a huge gust of wind...

Fortunately a tree caught her, but now currently she is hanging from the tree upside down being held up by her bootstraps. Normally she would just use her chaos cards to get herself down from this but...

She dropped them upon landing in the tree and they were all the way on the ground. Not far enough that falling would seriously harm her but enough that she can't reach...

Fortunately somebody seems to be passing by. Maybe she could get some help?

"Hey Night Eyes! Think you can lend a hand here and toss me one of those green cards?"

There were several types of cards scattered about there but the ones that were green were club suits. Valerie had an idea... Whether or not it was a good one was yet to be seen.

he's borderline hyperventilating, lower lip trembling as he holds out the butcher knife he managed to get his hands on whenever he got a job at a diner. ( which didn't last very long. ) that tends to happen whenever he is left alone at any amount of time, which happened the one time they put him on the late night shift. ( which was a mistake, considering that whenever he's left alone--.... the entity shows up. ) in a fit of survival, he ended up destroying the place. ( naturally, he lost the job. ) though, at least he had a weapon he managed to slip into his backpack.

now, this weapon was held out, his eyes wide like a prey animal staring into the eyes of a predator. "why the fuck should i? what the fuck are you?" he couldn't possibly be the entity--... considering he didn't look like naim. "don't fuck with me!"

"@bestiadentro said you worked with Yuna, ya? As part of the," oh, what were they? some sort of bird. oh! "The Gullwings!" that was it. Yuna had mentioned it on her last visit, but they'd gotten sidetracked with what Wakka had been going through. she hadn't stuck around as long as he'd hoped for a proper catch up. maybe when she was next here, he'd be able to catch her with what the deal was with the name.

"They send you to help out with the issue we're having with the temple?" if they had, it would be surprising. Wakka was sure that any trouble with the temples and Yuna would be the first one here.

“What was your first impression of me?” (To Errol)

What a strange question to ask. It seemed Alaire was curious out of the blue. Still, Errol smiled at the memory of their first meeting at the library. "I thought you were very cute," Errol admitted, pulling Alaire into his lap gently and tucking some stray hair behind his ear.

"You made that cute little trilling noise that you do sometimes. Remember?" he asked. "I was immediately intrigued. I'd only ever heard cats make that noise before. You caught my attention and I could tell you were interesting right away. But you were so shy and uncertain. I just wanted to reassure you that there was nothing wrong. I didn't think you were strange, just... cute. I liked you right away."

Hank got up early and that in itself was a miracle. But he had a plan. First, make pancakes for breakfast for Alaire to try. Then they’d go to the store and get him a phone. The kid could pick out the color and shit and the tech guys could set everything up for him. And then off to the Aquarium. Hopefully Alaire would enjoy himself and maybe jog a bit of his memory. 

Standing at the stove Hank got to work. He knew the other would wake up soon. Mixing up the batter and pouring some into the hot pan.

Cluttered Attic

The entire situation was...interesting, to be honest. Morgana had said that Mementos held a lot of mystery to it and it’s unknown depths. Shadows were certainly a common sight, along with the ominous trains and the many people with eerie blank faces. But to have something follow them out and cause mischief because of their oversight...it had surprised all of them.  It was a curious soul...shadow...whatever it was. It didn’t mean any harm in what it did. It didn’t even really try to harm any of the citizens. It just...didn’t understand personal boundaries. And now, after a lot of cute talk from Futaba and a lot of promises to look after it, Sojiro seemed to cave over letting the stranger stay in Leblanc with Akira. Of course, he had no idea why he had to take care of it(Easy, he was the only one with enough space and time to care for him), but it couldn’t be stranger than caring for a talking cat. Thankfully it didn’t even seem like a monster like other shadows. Sure it had strange attire and it looked like one of those American kids that wore a lot of makeup(goths was it?), but it should be no different than bunking with a human. He had a couch and a heater. Everything would be just fine. Regardless, Akira couldn’t help but just stare at the stranger almost awkwardly. He was used to negotiating with shadows, but this was completely different than that. “Are you hungry?” Like Sojiro had taught him, he was completely confident that belly-warming curry could make the obvious awkwardness of this all melt away in one plate full. “You caused a lot of trouble...I’m sure you even stole food. I’m sure it’d be nice to sit down and actually enjoy it instead of running away all the time.” He added, offering up his kindness to make things more comfortable for the shadow(?). That and, well, regardless of if it would accept the offer or not, Akira would make the meal anyway. He was starving after the conflict and he would rather a warm meal to just greasy take-out like Big Bang Burger.

　　　　She didn’t want to startle him, and it seemed that was indeed his own blood. Blue eyes so filled with concern it would surely overflow in the form of tears, the goddess came over and settled beside him, not at all minding the blood. Belldandy put her hands to his chest, her bracelets jingling as she moved.

　　　　“I’m going to speed up your metabolism to heal you, okay?” she explained before closing her eyes. Softly, the goddess began to murmur a chant, a white light enveloping her body. Her silver hair began to dance in the none existent wind as her power wrapped around her.
