Holy cow!!! I revamped this blog in May, and I never expected the love and support from you all! Whether you followed me over from my old blog, or you first started interacting with me here, I can’t explain how grateful I am for each and every one of you. Sticks and stones...
It was a rather boring day. The sun was just setting and there were not many people on sight - at least with ones he could have some fun with. So he continued flying as a crow in the slowly darkening sky before he decided to perch on a fence of some large building.
And just as he did so…he saw a flash of blonde hair out of the corner of his eyes and turned to her. But what he saw almost froze him in place and it was as if the crow had turned to a statue.
A blonde-haired girl was exiting the yard of some large building and currently walking with quick steps away from him - a girl that looked all too familiar.
Terra…
The crow let out a caw before fluttering his wings and slowly took after the girl to see where she was going.
It was about time for a second date.

having a new member in the team was honestly exciting. it was almost like adding a family member to your family almost-- and all grayson wanted to do was get to know terra better-- if he can. he pulled a small smile, “ also, don’t mind beast boy; he means well-- he just does it... in a comedic way sometimes. ”

Call it sentiment, impulse, or stupidity but after their last meeting, Red X took an interest in Terra. More sunny than sunshine in her own way, but not as uncompromising as flyboy. When he heard word that she was outside city limits, he did not even hesitate. Sure it was dangerous to meet her on her own turf, but...well, he would accept the consequences of whatever happened.
She could enjoy a nice dusk out on the mesa while he enjoyed a drive through the dirt. He leaves the bike a ways off, and walks quietly the rest of the way. A moments pause once he’s nearby, this could easily spin into a fight...Why not open with a bit of irony, “Looks like you shook your stalker. Then again only a fool would follow someone with your powers out to the rock.”

Gar really hadn’t minded taking the hit for her. He would’ve done it time and time again, if the situation had required it. He would much rather be the one hurting instead of Terra.
Back at the Tower, Gar had just finished taking a shower. He wrinkled up his nose at how much of the water turned red– the gash on his shoulder wasn’t deep, but it stung and bled terribly. He got out and carefully wrapped his shoulder in bandages before pulling on a pair of sweatpants. He didn’t bother with a shirt– the motions would only pull and stretch his wound, and it had finally stopped bleeding.
He opened the bathroom door, letting a rush of warm air and steam out into the hallway. Standing right outside the door, was Terra. His eyes widened and he blinked a few times.
“Wh–”
And then she hugged him. A tight, fierce hug, and despite the pain, he didn’t want her to let go. He left his arms by his side but buried his face into her blonde hair. His voice was muffled when he spoke.
“Terra?”
