These zucchini chips with salt and vinegar are better for you than regular potato chips. They're crunchy, sour, and very hard to stop eating. It's great as a snack or a side dish.
Ingredients: 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons white vinegar. 1 teaspoon sea salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, white vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the thinly sliced zucchinis to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated with the mixture. Place the coated zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping the zucchini slices halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Sprinkle with additional sea salt if desired. Enjoy your homemade salt and vinegar zucchini chips!
