The challenge before this seemed to prove itself way more challenging than I thought so I’ve been really focusing on my inner self rather than posting my struggles! But here is part of my flow time as well as some deep breathing and relaxing I like to take for myself ❤️. . . . As a person with intense anxiety at times, deep breathing and being with myself have been some of the best tools I’ve used in my life. It’s grounded me and made it so much easier to pass over shitty moments in life.
