Strength
This is the Eighth card in the Major Arcana, and typically depicts a woman with flowers in her hair, stroking a lion (I opted to do a dragon instead because Lions are Owain’s thing). The flowers bloom despite the night sky behind. Flowers symbolise growth, stars inspiration, and lions courage. Often depicted are also mountains (challenge) and clouds (ideas). This is the card of courage in the face of adversity, of fortitude and confidence.
If you draw this upright, it shows inner calm and putting head over heart. The power you draw from is internal. You work from a position of love, which could lead others to underestimate your power. You lead using persuasion and subtle influence. You understand you animal instincts and express your raw power with courage and measured restraint.
If reversed (which is why I wrote it as an ambigram), it shows aggression, insecurity, and putting heart over head (“I live in hell for you”). You are a powerful force to be reckoned with, and you might act/have acted/be acting violently or with an inability to control your emotions.
