So I know that the whole Alistar any/all pronouns thing was a total accident. But I'm low key obsessed with the idea of ​​a fairly stereotypically masculine big and muscular knight (secret rogue spy, I don't know what's going on) using any/all pronouns as basically a power play. I do actually quite like that Alistar randomly falls asleep, because it is VERY in line with the moon knight lore. Because they don't sleep at night, and are able to sleep in short bursts with their eyes open, as Apo has explained before.

On the one hand, Alistar has been travelling with the king for a while, so he'd need to stay more alert at night AND during the day, so he's probably pretty tired.

On the other hand, we know that Alistar became a moon knight faster than anyone else had. She sped through quite a lot of the training, probably. And I'd imagine the strange sleeping habits they have are probably the MOST difficult to get used too.

So, Alistar falls asleep a bit more obviously and a bit more inopportunely than someone like Apo would. Especially in these circumstances.
