Getting back into the habit, feels good to be home. Started journaling again every morning. Visited pretty Japanese gardens

and don't you ever forget that.

You seek for worldly affection but God is already at your side, waiting for you to notice.

You are loved.

and don't you ever doubt that.

God waits for you every single second of your life, yet, you spend every moment looking for comfort in this weary world. You will never find such one that God has to offer. Not even one that can come near.

You are loved.

and don't you ever spend the day, the week, the month, the year, the life of yours, trying to reason with that.

For God has known you even before you were conceived in your mother's womb. He has formed the very threads of you, He knows you every thought. But still, He loves you regardless of all your imperfections. No single person can love you the way God does.

The only way you can find and give love in this planet is to surrender love to God first. God first, before the world. That is our priority for the rest of our lives.

🙏🏻Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.🙏🏻

Paul was letting the church community in Philipi know that just as they obeyed the Lord in Paul’s presence, when he was with them, that they did even more so in his absence, when he wasn’t with them. And he reminded them to work out they’re own salvation with fear and trembling. Meaning, I believe, work on our own selves. Make sure we’re ok with God and let the other person work out their own. Yes, we can warn others, but we are not to badger them or harass them. It comes down to them making sure they’re right with God. And if they feel or say they are, then it’s between them and God, not God, them, and us. This is how I perceive it anyway.

Claiming it.

The UPCAT is just around the corner and thinking about it makes my heart beat faster and my insides quesier. I see my regrets, my fears and my potential failure. But I know better. Whatever may come, even if I pass UPCAT or not, I will glorify the Lord, now and forever. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

God may not grant this small request of mine, but I know that I will have something BIGGER, BETTER and MORE BEAUTIFUL in store for His glory. I just have to trust Him and do my part.

I will grow wherever I will be planted.
