Artist had an artist block, so he's made a Care Bear OC with whatever little free time he had left.

The artist apologizes for any lack of inactivity for the past few days, as he's currently busy with his job training that has little to no correlation with art. Despite our willingness to answer your asks, he lacks the necessary free time to answer them all, as he has to prioritize making ends meet to pay his family's monthly bills.
