I don’t have siblings. How does this work? 
I have a sister irl, and even though I am two years older than her, she’s the big sister. She has been since she was born. People always assume she’s older than me, and when we ask why they say “because she looks older” “because she acts older” “i’m not sure what it is, but something about how you two act together makes me think she’s the eldest child” and so on. She’s the responsible one, I’m the carefree one. When we go out, she’s in charge. She always looks after me and I always look out for her. After roughly a kajillion years on this planet, I can conclude that you do not need to be the older sibling to be the big sibling.
Tldr; Big sig and little sib is a state of mind.
(But in this case I think Misa would be the big sister and Mikey the little brother. Idk they have that energy!)
