I was feeling bad about myself the other day, so I decided to draw myself in as tender a way as I could muster. I wrote down all of my negative self-talk and I honestly felt so much better after getting it out. 

On another note, I guess I'm drawing again? I'm very out of practice but I could feel all my knowledge from the past slowly being unlocked. It was also wonderfully healing to be reminded that through art I can realize my greatest fantasies, including showing myself love in ways I deeply need.
