On Burn The Stage
1. Tbh, I don’t believe that BH is capable of forcing the boys to do things that they don’t intentionally/explicitly agree to at this point (for obvious reasons that BTS is their main, and probably only, breadwinner in the company and Bang PD is a literal Bangtan Pabo [tpo the fact that NJ can even say this on a broadcast without looking worried that he might’ve suffered consequences SAID volumes on how much power/favor they have from BH]). Not to mention that if BH really do this outside of consent, it’ll makes no sense as it goes against everything they’ve stood for and how they have treated the boys so far.
2. BTS never shy away from talking about real things. That’s what makes them special. To think that all their work is just sunshine, mochi, and everything nice means that you are not listening. The way i see it, this docum is a natural extension to the message that the boys have been trying to get across. Rather than exploitation, I’m seeing this as a way for the boys to show their prided colossal effort and hard work that they’ve poured into their success. The reality is that behind every success there’s literal BS&T being spilt, and the boys want us to see that. I’d really rather appreciate their effort and listen to what they’re trying to say instead of just dismissing it as exploitation. Out boys is stronger than ever now and its time for us to appreciate them as such.
Tldr: Stop raining hate on the program that the boys have work hard to prep for u just because u can’t handle it. If I have a problem, it will be bc the episode description seems to focus more on the wrong things (ie JK fainting & Taejin fight), but I chalk it up as marketing strategy I guess. Watch and decide. Support. Respect. Keep and open mind & be mature about it. Stop thinking that the boys are victimize by everything. LISTEN.
