The Great Alexei Kovalev and His Great Shift
First of all, I remember the shift happening, I don’t remember that he actually drew two penalties and scored a goal!? Not only was it a 5 minute shift, it was an effective one!
No coasting; he’s still doing stops and starts with at the end of it (check the 6:45 mark of the full video).
Here’s the whole shift. The total video, including stoppages, is 10:10. He was on the ice for over 10 minutes!
