Hardy x Holly - Austenian Proclamations. 

She rests at the foot of the bed. Sheet covering her bare bum but the lamp to the rest of the bed paints her freckled back in gold and Hardy is grateful her auburn hair is in a high bun. He rests against their headboard with a pillow propped behind his back and can’t stop staring at her. This gorgeous, quirky and sweet woman who appeared in his life as if out of nowhere. There are days he just can’t believe it. 

“Holly,” he murmurs and rests his palm on the back of her calf. 

She looks over her shoulder with a grin. 

“Come here.” 

She pouts, It can’t wait? I’m almost to the big proposal.” She waves her worn out copy of Pride and Prejudice.

He chuckles, running his hand along her skin, “You know the words by heart.” 

She smirks, “So?”

“It doesn’t bore you?”

“Never.” She shakes her head.

He ducks his head down, “Just like life here eh? Being here with me, in this stupid town, doesn’t bore you either?” 

This time she turns fully around, sheet falling off of her and Hardy feels his tongue swell at the sight of her bare body. Cheeky minx.

With a tilt of her head she slowly crawls up until her face is inches away from his. “Never.” She whispers. “Being here. With you. I’m quite happy.” She smiles and he leans in to kiss her. 

He pulls back with a sigh. “Well, that’s a relief.“

She places a hand on his cheek, “Never doubt this, Alec Hardy. I love you…most ardently.” She laughs and he rolls his eyes. With a quick shift she finds herself entangled with him amongst the sheets and giggles as he devours the skin of her neck. After a few moments he pulled back. “I love you too.” 

“Well, that’s a relief.” She whispered and pulled his head back to hers.

I’ve always liked the idea of a Good Man Goes to War with Rose having ended up in a Demons run because she was pregnant with the Doctor’s 80% timelord child. And that child ends up growing up to me... an impossible girl by the name of Clara. And instead of being raised by Koverean a couple on earth end up finding her and adopting her as there own. So she has no idea who her real parents are. Which this would them turn into series eight rewrite aswell.

Oooh!!! I love the way you’ve worked through all the changes. That’s the trickiest part about an episode au–the changes sort of cascade on top of each other, and you have to really commit to following through on the whole sequence. 

So, Rose is the one pregnant instead of Amy. Rose was abducted and replaced with Flesh? And the baby is Clara, not River. That. That would answer so many questions!
