Hey there, everyone! I’m Cherry, and I currently have two beans in play- Sophia Prescott and Charlotte DuChamp! I’m 28-years-old, and my timezone is EST. But, I tend to be around during some ‘odd’ hours, as I work second shift so my schedule tends to be a little wonky. I’m definitely looking forward to writing with and getting to know everyone! Please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m always down to make connections or to talk plotting! I also have a Discord, so just let me know if you’d prefer to be added/talk over there! I’m really excited to be here and get the ball rolling. So, without further adieu, here’s Sophia’s Bio information.
full name: Sophia Michelle Prescott
age & birthdate: 28, May 15, 1993
gender & sexuality: cis female, pansexual

occupation: Veterinary Technician at Paws and Claws
hometown: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
current residence: Charming, California
Bio Bullets
-Sophia was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to Patrice Young-Prescott, a high powered state’s attorney and Roderick Prescott, a nationally well-known plastic surgeon.
-Growing up, Sophia was taught and expected to be as prim and proper as any southern belle could be. Her parents, as well as her extended family members, placed an incredible amount of pressure on her to do the best, to be the best, to excel, and to succeed.
-Although Sophia followed her family’s guidelines for the most part, doing any and everything she could to impress and meet their standards and expectations, she experienced moments throughout her life of wondering ‘what if’. What if she weren’t who she was? What if she could go somewhere and be just another face? What if she wanted something different for her life?
-Graduating high school as Salutatorian, everyone in Sophia’s family expected her to pursue something in the medical field, though they all expected something within human medicine. But, having loved and been fascinated by animals all her life, Sophia declined several full-ride offers to four-year colleges, choosing instead to pursue a career as a Veterinary Technician.
-After attending an accelerated, 18-month program, Sophia graduated and sat for her licensing exam, which she passed with flying colors. Immediately, she took a job at a Veterinary ER in her home town, where she worked for 9 years.
-Despite being an adult, having her own apartment, and a career, Sophia still remained under her family’s thumb. Every decision was scrutinized, every move judged, every day analyzed. After a while, Sophia began to feel like nothing more than a lab rat, watched day in and day out, never truly having the ability to explore herself or her own desires.
-Relationships have always been hard for Sophia, due to who she is and her familial expectations. Most of her partners have been people her family or parents have set her up with, people who met their ‘standards’, but never anyone Sophia herself was interested in, and they never amounted to more than casual dates and hookups. So, she hasn’t ever had the opportunity to really explore what being in a relationship is like.
-Three months ago, an opening for an RVT came available at a small General Practice in Charming, California. Sophia came across the listing, and something drew her to the ad. After visiting their website and doing a little independent research on the area, Sophia took the leap and applied. After only one interview, she was offered the job. So, she packed up, took money from her trust for a sizable down payment for a house, and made her way to Charming.
Wanted Connections
-A best friend: Sophia is looking for someone she can connect with, trust, and build a strong bond/friendship with. Male or Female, does not matter!
-A workout buddy: Fitness and health are very important to Sophia, and she would love someone she can regularly go to the gym with, work out with, and help keep each other on track.
-Hookups/Relationship: While Sophia would love to find someone she is compatible with to work on a legit relationship with, until that time she would be open to hookups or FWB situations.

Name: Josephine “Josie” Renea Tate
Age: 28
Birthday: June 19, 1992
Occupation: None (her family is extremely wealthy, she’s a trust fund baby)
Hometown: Snowbury
Length of Stay in Snowbury: Lifelong
Sexuality: Heteroflexible
Relationship Status: Single
BIO
-Josephine Tate was born in Snowbury on June 19, 1992. She is the daughter of Cameron Tate, a New York State Senator, and Abigail Tate, the curator of the Museum of Natural History located in New York.
-Josie is an only child, and thus has been spoiled her entire life by her parents. Though, growing up they were not around much, as both are heavily focused on their careers. Josie spent most of her time with a seemingly revolving door of Nannies and other staff within the Tate mansion. As a child, Josie learned not to get too attached to anyone, because they could be gone at any time. This was learned due to Abigail Tate’s habit of firing staff and Nannies for seemingly no reason.
-Although she can be a bit stuck up and obviously spoiled at times, Josie is a good person at heart. She struggles to make connections with others, having really only grown up with two close friendships- Danielle Shelby and Sabrina Warner.
-Growing up, Josie’s parents drilled it into her that she should always look, act, talk, and present herself a certain way. She was expected to be prim, proper, and the ‘perfect young lady’. Very concerned with their image and maintaining their social status, they pigeonholed Josie into the role of heiress, expecting her to adhere to every single one of their sometimes realistic expectations.
-Since childhood she has participated in Dance and Figure Skating, and is extremely talented at both. Her parents would like to see her go pro with either, and have encouraged her to get interested in and train for the Olympics, however she is unsure if she is interested in pursuing this, and has considered teaching dance or figure skating as a career.
-Josie often feels smothered by the expectations, standards, and rules of her parents. Although they are rarely home, she can constantly feel their presence within their mansion, and most often feels smothered by the lifestyle and image she is forced to maintain.
-Josie’s secret is that her mother, Abigail Tate, is not actually her mother. Due to infertility issues, Cameron used one of Josie’s Nannies as a surrogate. The Tate family paid a large stipend to keep the Nanny quiet about the secret, there is constant pressure to ensure the secret remains just that.
-The fact that Abigail is not Josie’s biological mother has always felt like a shadow over her, as if it means she has to work extra hard to gain Abigail’s approval and love. Though they put on a good show, Josie has never felt totally accepted nor loved by her mother.
Name: Jennavecia “Jenna” Marjorie Winston
Age: 33
Birthdate: April 16
Occupation: ER Doctor at Tulsa General Hospital
Sexuality: Heteroflexible
Relationship Status: Single
Bio under the cut! tw:pregnancy, tw:miscarriage, tw:parental death, tw:drunk driving
Jennavecia Marjorie Winston was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on the West Side of town. Growing up, Jenna lived what many would describe as a charmed life, having a silver spoon in her mouth from the moment she was born. Her father, Paul Winston, was a renowned surgeon, who essentially built the surgery department at Tulsa General from the ground up. Her mother, Marjorie Taylor-Winston, was a partner in one of the biggest law firms in Tulsa. Despite growing up as a Soc on the wealthy side of town, Jenna’s parents were insistent that she grow up as humble and kind as possible. They instilled values in her that seemed uncommon for the time, not wanting her to view herself as better than anyone else simply because of her circumstance. Jenna worked hard for everything she has, and was forced to learn many tough life lessons along the way.
Jenna had a wonderful relationship with her parents- they both loved her more than anything, and she was the apple of their eye, especially as an only child. Despite the fact that they both worked insane hours, they made certain to always make as much time for family and each other as possible, taking frequent family trips and vacations, and doing as much together as they could. Even though her parents were never necessarily absent, much of Jenna’s time as a child was spent with her nanny, the woman the Winstons hired to look after Jenna while they were at work. Jenna loved her nanny just as much as her parents, and viewed her as family- an extension of her parents in a sense. The two got along fabulously, and all was well with the world.
Then, when Jenna was 12, tragedy struck. Paul and Marjorie were making their way back home from a Charity Event the hospital was holding, one Jenna hadn’t attended with them due to having come down with the flu, when they were involved in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. Both were killed instantly upon impact, leaving 12-year-old Jenna an orphan. The only blessing in the whole mess was that her parents had been smart- they owned their lavish home, they owned their vehicles, and had made a point of funneling as much money as possible into a trust for Jenna, should anything have ever occurred. Due to this, Jenna was placed in the custody of her nanny, who was allowed to remain permenantly in the home, to continue raising Jenna.
Although her parents’ deaths rocked her to her core, Jennavecia did her best to remain positive, keeping the forward momentum and drive they’d instilled within her. She excelled in school, both in academics and in her extracurriculars. When Jenna was 14, she met Elijah Cane. The two wound up in a Biology class together, and became partners for the required labs. Within only a few days, Jenna was enamored with her partner, attracted to something about him she couldn’t quite put her finger on. Within only a few weeks, the two began dating. While Elijah and Jenna were very much in love, the relationship proved to be tumultuous at best. As the old saying goes, opposites attract, and this was absolutely the case with the pair of them. Jenna was type-a, organized, driven, focused, and as put-together as could be, while Elijah played the game of life fast and loose, living on the edge and rebelling against the Soc society as much as he possibly could. Riddled with arguments, disagreements, alcohol, drug use, and very little solid commitment, the relationship was on-again, off-again, on-again, off-again for many years.
Despite her relationship troubles, Jenna managed to graduate top of her class, and moved quickly on to college, followed by med school. Throughout this time, she and Elijah continued to go back-and-forth in their relationship. Jenna wanted her love to settle down, to work with her to build the life she’d always dreamed of. But, commitment just wasn’t something Elijah could provide. He often left Jenna alone, not coming home, being late on bills if he paid them at all, and certainly not even being willing to discuss wedding rings or bells. More than anything, Jenna wanted the life her parents had- to be so in love with her partner, to build a family, and to really settle down and into a normalized, comfortable life. At the age of 27, Jenna began to accept that Elijah Cane might never be able to provide her with any of those things. He might never be ready for the type of life she so desperately craved. So, she made the hardest decision of her life. She left him, for good.
Heartbroken, Jenna did her best to continue pushing herself through school, focusing on her studies and throwing every bit of energy she had into making sure she was the best doctor she could be. During this time, she met James, another med student who was in many of her classes. The two began studying together, then seeing each other more frequently for non-school related meetups. While Jenna’s heart was still with Elijah Cane, her mind forced her to move on. Within a few short months, James and Jenna began dating. With James, Jenna could see the future she’d always wanted, and while she couldn’t say she was as madly in love with him as she’d been with Elijah, she did love him. He was intelligent, respectable, and serious, and he seemed like everything Jenna had ever wanted. The pair dated for three years.
When Jenna was 30, she became pregnant with James’ child. Beyond excited, she was certain the event would open the door to the life she’d always dreamed of. But, when she told James the good news, he didn’t react as she’d expected. He became sullen, withdrawn, almost angry, and Jenna knew something was wrong. Only two months into the pregnancy, Jennavecia learned that James had been seeing someone else- someone he’d apparently fallen in love with, someone he planned to propose to, just as soon as he’d ended things with Jenna (which he’d apparently been looking to do for some time). It was then that James walked out on her, on their relationship, on their future, and on their unborn child. Heartbroken once more, Jenna struggled to cope with the stress of everything happening in her life, as well as the despair she felt at having her dream snatched from her once more. Eventually, the stress became too great, and in her third month of pregnancy, Jenna suffered a miscarriage.
She’d told no one, aside from her nanny (who still lived in the family home with her) of her pregnancy. Following the miscarriage, Jenna became extremely depressed, though she did her best to push forward, not wanting to discuss what had happened with anyone. Though, in her time of grief, it occurred to her that more than anything, the only person she wanted was Elijah Cane. Still, she did not reach out to him at that time, and to this day Elijah is unaware of what occurred between Jenna and James, aside from the fact that they broke up. About a year ago, Jenna found herself back in semi-contact with Elijah, having civil conversations and occasionally reaching out to check up on his welfare. Although he’d moved to the West Side of town, having completely rid himself of his Soc life and persona, Tulsa is small, and gossip travels fast. She’s aware of Elijah’s antics, knowing that following their breakup, he’s spiraled quite a bit.
Jenna graduated from med school, finishing her internships and residency, just after her miscarriage. She took an open position in Tulsa General’s ER, as working Emergency had always been something she’d been interested in and driven to do. She has held her position there for nearly three years, and her life revolves primarily around her job. Still fairly withdrawn following her experiences, Jenna is polite and friendly with everyone, but has struggled to form any new connections, having many trust issues and now believing that the dream of a wedding and family she’d always held so dear to be nothing more than a pipe dream. Oh, and there’s the fact that she’s realized she is still and always has been very much in love with Elijah Cane.
Flint Lawrence Crestwood was born February 10, 2000 in Seattle, Washington to parents Justin Crestwood and Lydia Taylor-Crestwood. Flint’s parents were incredibly poor, often times working two to three jobs apiece in an attempt to keep their family afloat. Growing up, Flint was not afforded many opportunities, and was taught from an early age that anything he wanted in life, he’d have to obtain himself through hard work and determination. Of course, when he was born with the star mark on his wrist, his family knew what that meant- that somehow, some way, Flint was destined to be great. However, they treated him no differently because of this, believing he’d need a good and humble foundation beneath his feet when he was sent into the world, first to Brightwood and then to whatever lay ahead.
Flint’s mother, Lydia, had always been a lover of plants, flowers, and anything nature-esque.In fact, one of her side-jobs was as a freelance photographer for local and community magazines. Though the family didn’t have much, they had each other, and Lydia always had as many plants around as she possibly could. It didn’t take long after Flint’s birth for his powers to begin to manifest. From the first time his mother showed him her plants up close, he was hooked. And, although Flint was still unable to speak or walk, the plants seemed to do better when he was around. It wasn’t long before Lydia realized that in some form or fashion, he seemed to be communicating with them. From that moment on, she did any and everything she could to nurture Flint’s power, teaching him all she knew about the various species and their required care.
Sharing such a passion with his mother meant the two were and have always been incredibly close. Growing up, Flint never was able to maintain steady or stable friendships, always seeming to be more mature than others, and definitely less interested in the same toys and activities. So, he often said and still says that his mother is his best friend. His mother, and his plants. Though Flint has never been one to socialize easily, he doesn’t necessarily mind isolation. He finds spending time with his plants, and honing his powers, to be more fruitful and a better use of his time than meaningless gossip or unproductive smalltalk.
Growing up, Flint was very close to his family. Their socioeconomic status never bothered him, and it wasn’t something he really ever thought about. He finds things like wealth and power to be incredibly mundane, and places no stock in them. Through watching his family’s struggles, he has learned well that wealth and power are virtually never synonymous with being good, quality people. In that way, he is a bit pessimistic. It is because of his feelings on matters such as power that, in some ways, he resents being a Guarded. While he loves and appreciates his power, he finds no comfort in knowing that everyone expects him to do big things with it, to really become someone, and to in some way change the world. He is, at heart, a visionary, but he does not appreciate the pressure placed upon him by his mark.
Aside from his plants, school is also something Flint has always taken very seriously. From childhood, he sought to learn any and everything he could. He has been an avid reader from a young age, devouring books as quickly as he was able. Truthfully, he loves reading because he views it as an escape- a way to experience a reality different than his own, and a way to sate his sense of wanderlust. His family has always encouraged this interest as well, allowing him to read and explore any and every piece of writing and literature his heart desired.
Ultimately, Flint is not looking forward to beginning his journey at Brightwood. While he understands the necessity, and is slightly enthused about the potential to meet others with similar experiences, interested, and abilities, he is not looking forward to being forced to live and mingle with so many people whom he believes to be obsessed with power and prestige. This is also the first time he has been away from his family, and although he’ll never admit it, he is more nervous than he’s ever been about that aspect of things. Finally, deep down, due to his lack of socialization skills and his overall preference for introversion, he is beyond concerned that he might never find his intended Guardian, and that everything he is sacrificing to attend Brightwood will be for nothing.
Name: Lorraine Elise Melwood
Age: 23
Birthday: December 19
Classification: Guarded
Power: Psychic Medium (aka she communicates with the dead)
Relationship Status: Single/Unbonded
Sexuality: Heteroflexible

Anti-Kinks: Scat, vore, watersports, age play, non-sexual bodily fluids
Astrological Sign: Sagittarius
Personality Traits (+): Kind, inquisitive, compassionate, intelligent, diplomatic, friendly, good listener, maternal, optimistic
Personality Traits (-): Picky, type-A to the extreme, critical (primarily of herself), spoiled, uptight, bores easily
Lorraine Elise Melwood was born on December 19, 1997 in Manhattan, a borough in New York City, New York. Lorraine’s family is incredibly wealthy, beyond well-known, and overwhelmingly respected throughout the world. She is the daughter of Christian and Anna Melwood. Her father, Christian, currently holds the position of Representative of the North on The Council, a title held by a member of the Melwood family for nearly 300 years. Lorraine is considered to be royalty throughout the land; there isn’t a soul alive unaware of her face, name, or position.
All her life, Lorraine has been spoiled beyond belief. The silver spoon in her mouth has always afforded her opportunities and privileges few others have been granted, and she has lived a life of luxury and lavishness. Throughout her life Lorraine has attended the best and most prestigious schools, traveled the globe, and has had free-reign to do virtually whatever her heart desired. This lifestyle, however, was not without consequences. Due to her family’s status and reputation, Lorraine has been coached from an early age to always maintain a certain attitude and demeanor, and to always follow and live by an unwritten set of rules, those governing people of status.
Despite them giving her every material object her heart could have possibly desired, it seemed Lorraine’s parents never had a kind word to say about her. From the outside, during times of publicity- charity events, galas, political and press tours- the Melwoods presented as the perfect family, one in which everything was more than fine, and very nearly perfect. Behind closed doors, however, a very different picture was painted. In childhood, Lorraine had learned that nothing short of a miracle would have ever made her parents change their ways. By her teenage years, the halls of Melwood Manor felt cold as ice, so much so that Lorraine could hardly bear it. It seemed that nothing about her would ever be right for them. If her hair was up, it should have been down, if it was down, it should have been curled. When Lorraine brought home straight A’s, they wondered why they couldn’t have been straight A+’s. When she graduated high school with 55 credits, 15 more than what was required, the wondered why she didn’t push for 56. Even Lorraine’s ability as a guarded brought negative commentary, although her status was something both parents called attention to frequently in the news.
When Lorraine was born with the mark of the star, her family were thrilled. After all, Melwoods were known for producing Council Members and Guardeds, The family celebrated their gift, and did their best to predict what her power would be. Finding she was a psychic medium, however, seemed something they were less-than-thrilled about. As soon as she was capable of formulating thoughts and communicating her feelings, Lorraine began to talk frequently about the spirits she saw all around her. In many ways unbeknownst to her, her family found this offensive in some way, as if the power was giving to her as a personal affront by the Gods.
Still, as Lorraine grew, so did her powers. There were times in which her gift frightened her, leaving her feeling helpless and defensive, especially when it came to communicating with spirits who were restless, extremely sad, or aggressive. But, Lorraine managed, navigating through her power as she learned and tested the boundaries of what she could do.
Throughout school, Lorraine excelled. Between her parents’ treatment of her, and the dark side to the Melwood legacy, Lorraine was more down-to-earth than most expected. She was kind, considerate, and fairly humble. After a year at Brightwood, Lorraine is just beginning to come into her own. Her power, and her control over it are higher than they ever have been, and she is doing her best to learn to disassociate herself from the negative traits that seem to run in her family.

-Growing up, Bridgette faced a certain set of expectations being a Preacher’s daughter and the only girl in the family. And, for the most part, Bridgette lived up to those expectations. She did, however, always have a bit of a mouth on her, and was never too shy to state her thoughts, feelings, and opinions.
-Throughout both her life and school, Bridgette was very interested in animals. She studied them all she could, and was the reason her parents had season passes to the zoo every year she lived with them. As a child, she’d check out ever book about animals and their care from the library, and was always bringing home animals of all kinds, from the furry to the creepy crawlies.
-Graduating high school, Bridgette knew she was going to do something within the animal field. Her parents pushed her towards Veterinary School, though with her drive for life and passion to just go Bridge decided to forgo a university to pursue her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology. Immediately after obtaining it, she sat for her licensing exam, and passed on the first try with flying colors. After working in the local, small town clinic for four years, she had the option to go back to school for two more years, as a program had been developed for a Bachelor’s in Veterinary Technology.
-During school, she met Amanda Pauly, the two ran into each other while studying in the local library. They hit it off immediately, and soon began dating.
-Their romance was a whirlwind, one both women became swept up in. But, they were good together, and madly in love. In fact, it didn’t take long for their soul marks to appear, and truth be told, no one was surprised.
-What Bridgette didn’t know was that Amanda had become involved with an incredibly unsavory group of people, and through gambling had earned herself some pretty big debts which she began to pay off doing illegal jobs for those she owed money to.
-Amanda kept this under wraps pretty well at first, but eventually got herself mixed into trouble with a rival, equally dangerous group. It wasn’t long before Amanda became a target.
-The truth was finally uncovered when Amanda told Bridgette they needed to run. Stunned, heartbroken, angry, and confused, Bridge did the only thing she could- prepared to run. However, before they could, Amanda was tracked down. Though the members are aware of her presence in Amanda’s life, they were not aware that she was there when the job was fulfilled. Therefore, she became a target. Doing the only thing she knew how, Bridge ran, leaving everything and her entire life behind.
-She is wanted for questioning in Amanda’s death, and made her way entirely across the country in hopes of hiding, both from the police and those who are still after her.

Full Name: Colton Patrick West
Age: 28
Birthdate: February 18, 1993
Birthplace: Charleston, South Carolina
Occupation: English & Literature Teacher at Woodcrest High
BIO
Colton Patrick West was born February 18, 1993 in Charleston, South Carolina. His mother, Catrina Thompson Brown, was a waitress at the local diner. His father, Bradley Brown, was a mechanic at the local auto garage. Being from the South, Colton’s family was always tight-knit and very close, depending on each other, supporting each other, and loving each other. When Colton was two years old, he was diagnosed with meningitis. Due to the high fevers that came with the illness, upon recovery, Colton was rendered deaf.
Although the West family knew Colton’s deafness might present some unique challenges, they loved him none the less. As a family, they began American Sign Language classes, and wanted to enroll Colton in a daycare program at the state’s Deaf School. The school, however, was nearly two hours from where they lived. So, the family instead reached out to other families with Deaf children in the area, to begin getting involved with the community.
Although Colton grew up slightly impoverished, he truly never minded. He was happy, his family was happy, and he honestly felt he had everything he could ever want. For elementary school and 6th grade, he was mainstreamed, attending a hearing school. Then, when he was 12 and in 7th grade, Colton’s parents allowed him to begin attending the Deaf school. During the week, he lived on-campus in a dorm, and was allowed to go home for the weekends. Academically, Colton was always above average, especially when it came to his English classes. He’d always loved to read and write, so when it came time for college, Colton easily chose to major in English Education. He continued to excel all 4 years of college, and graduated on time and with honors.
All his life, Colton had felt just a little different. While others around him began talking about girls, he didn’t feel moved to partake in the conversations. He had no relationships throughout his time in school, despite numerous offerings. The single life didn’t bother him, Colton enjoyed focusing on his academics, and believed that the right opportunity would present itself. And it did, when he went to college. It was there that Colton finally felt secure enough to come out, and it was there he had his first boyfriend. Jamison was a wonderful man, and he helped Colton to explore and discover who he truly was. The pair were together for three years. However, when Jamison graduated a year before Colton, it became clear they simply weren’t meant for each other. The two parted on good terms, and Colton moved back in with his parents after graduation, taking a job at the local high school in his home town.
Four years later, Colton has decided to uproot his life, in search of some adventure. Having taken the time to explore himself, he wanted to explore a little of the world. So, he resigned from his position and decided to travel, visiting six of the seven continents. After getting his fill of travel, Colton decided to settle down at his last stop- Woodcrest. Renting a small cottage, Colton accepted a teaching position at the local school, after obtaining the appropriate certifications to do so.
