Just a couple of dudes and their glowing weapons of choice

I drew some dnd characters! If you wanna know more about these guys I have some info on them below (also check out the speedpaint! https://youtu.be/hzGTO2e1J_U)

On the left is Cicero, a 5′2″ wizard who is human most of the time, but whenever he uses magic his hidden bird traits start to show (technically half-aarakocra but this boy is home-brewed af). He hates fighting and is hesitant to use his magic as he is on the run from people who want him for his birdness!!

On the right is Volkhesh, a 5′11″ (6′1″ with the ears) paladin Tiefling with rakshasa ancestry that is all for fighting. After multiple failed attempts trying to escape the fiery pits his immortal father rules over, he is finally free and looking for an adventure!!

Another sad day in our home. Today; this morning, we've lost our beautiful little #birdbaby Pidgey 😭💔🐦 He was our first pigeon and I remember when we found him; fully grown but still cheeping. We've had some amazing moments and watched as he grew into adulthood, taking a mate whom we also found and making a beautiful baby, Lucky; who doesn't even know what's happening or where his Papa went. The heartache of losing a family member...a baby...one of my babies 😭💔🐦 I've seen a lot of death; losing my father when I was 5 years old then watching over the years, my babies slowly passing. It hurts no more than before but watching as they dwindle down less and less, hurts more because when they all pass...there's no joy or the pitter patter of baby feet. But at least I can say, our beloved Pidgey is no longer suffering and can fly free with his mate April, across the Rainbow Bridge where all our other babies roam free. Soon, I'm going to have to face another loss as my #babyboy Gizzmo isn't doing well either. He's getting up there and it's showing. That's going to destroy me because he's like my son. Anyway, I hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th! (at Silverado Ranch, Las Vegas)
