Sleepy bedtime tussling turned into enthusiastic bitey-face. There was much angry pigeon-tiger play-growling on both sides, with a brief episode of "Okay, you ready for a break? Yeah, let's take a break. BREAK OVER!"

You can see Tris trying to lure Yv into full-on tussling again, trying to roll over and invite leg-grabbing, but she's not interested at that moment.

Just ignore that they're both braced for tussling impact and have their mouths open for bitey-face ;)

When I ask why one or both of them *must* be in my lap in order to tussle, their only response is *rawr rawr RAWR rawr raaaaaawr*.

Yvaine in my lap, Tristan upside down between me & the wall. Lots of bitey-face, ear-yanking, monch butt, and angry pigeon-tiger play-growling. The silly is turned up to 11.

Taking turns being the upside-down, constant stream of angry pigeon-tiger in adult and baby, and Yvie what are you doing with that ear?

Tristan and Yvaine take turns pounce-grappling each other, then playing noisy bitey-face. The puppy play-yelps are getting fewer, I think Tristan is getting more confident that play will happen if it’s going to happen–and if not, it will happen later.

Instead they’re both fairly continuously growling, or at least, Yvaine growls her angry pigeon-tiger, and Tristan produces a sort of tiny version of the same thing.

I’m so glad that I already knew that this is how Yvaine plays, and that these are happy noises.

… seriously they are doing this ALL DAY now and it’s the most adorable thing ever.
