The Mighty
As we all know, there are 3 major bosses in the franchise (the main villains of the Avengers movies): Loki, Ultron, and Thanos.
At least in the released movies. I don't count Kang, since he seems to have been flushed down the toilet and won't be the big boss in an Avengers movie anymore.
But it's not about them, actually. In this post, I want to determine the mightiest Avenger based on which of them has defeated the most big bosses in this game. Or maybe there's one among them who has defeated them all.
Note: "defeated" doesn't mean "delivered the finishing blow/killed" etc. since Loki was killed by another big boss, the original Thanos wasn't killed in battle, and I don't really know what to do with Ultron. In this case, "defeated" is used in a broad sense, as in "overpowered/beat in a fight." And of course, cases where the villains are unable to fight (like in the case of Thanos decapitated by Thor) are not taken into account here.
Another note: only the original six participate, as they were the only ones who had the pleasure of meeting all three bosses.
And in addition, I will increase the difficulty level in this game by adding side quests - big bosses of lower rank: the Leviathans (The Avengers), the Hulk (AoU), and Thanos' Black Order (IW and Endgame). Is there really an Avenger who has defeated them all?
Loki
Loki isn't the strongest boss on the list, and he's been defeated quite often. Among OG6, this was achieved by:
Thor
Thor has defeated Loki (and even outsmarted him) several times, and this has happened in some way or another in every movie they've appeared in together, with the exception of Infinity War.
Hulk
"Puny god".
Tony
This happened a couple of times between Tony and Loki. We can recall the arrest in Stuttgart, Tony's revenge for Coulson, and the outcome of the battle in general (after all, it was thanks to Tony's actions that the Avengers won).
Clint
I will consider this incident with the exploding arrow as Loki's defeat.
Steve and Nat can't boast of defeating Loki on their own.

Ultron
This big boss had a lot of himself, but I will only count his main frames, since when he occupies a body of one of his bots, he is not really physically powerful and can be defeated by a baby.
Hulk
Hulk threw Ultron out of the Quinjet (overpowered), so I'll add it to his piggy bank.
Tony
Tony defeated and blew up Ultron's first upgraded body during the Battle at the Salvage Yard.
I'm not including the situation where Vision, Thor, and Tony defeated Ultron together during the final battle, since it was an equal effort from all three.

The Mad Hulk (AoU)
The only one who has fought this out-of-control version of the Hulk is Tony. And he emerged victorious from that fight.
Conversely, Tony was a big boss for the Hulk, so I'm updating our rankings for both of them.

So, in the "who defeated the most" category, we already have a winner. But we still have Thanos and his children, so let's see if we can get 6/6.
Black Order
Here we have Ebony Maw, Cull Obsidian, Proxima Midnight, and Corvus Glaive, as well as their 2014 variants. Defeating any of them will count and give the characters a checkmark.
Bruce
Bruce in the Hulkbuster armor killed Cull Obsidian in 2018.
Tony
Tony killed both the original Ebony Maw (by throwing him into outer space) and his 2014 variant (by snapping). He also disintegrated Proxima and Corvus from 2014 (Corvus may have already been dead, but that's not entirely clear).
Natasha
Natasha managed to beat Corvus and seriously injure him in Edinburgh in 2018.
