Oh, I’m an AU girl all the way. Canonverse can be fun, but AUs are so filled with possibilities that I can’t help myself.
17. Describe a fic that is still in the 'ideas’ stage.
Ah. So. It’s essentially:
Harry was born in Tom’s time, and they were as close to being friends as they could be. However, everything fell apart when instead of Hagrid being framed for Myrtle’s death, Tom pointed the finger at Harry. As a result, Harry’s wand was snapped, but again, Dumbledore stepped in and managed to keep him from being sent to Azkaban. Harry, betrayed and angry, slipped away into obscurity. He taught himself wandless magic by studying under Romanian wizards, and eventually found a place in a coven as the lover of the head vampire. But constantly, in the back of his mind, was the star-bright desire for revenge.
Years passed and everything was fine, until one day a familiar face came in seeking an alliance with the coven. Harry, having never forgotten Riddle using him as a scapegoat, thought this was the perfect chance to crush the other. Riddle, on the other hand, was absolutely fascinated by this newer, rougher and more bitter young man.
18. Do you have a fic reading/writing routine?
Not really? For reading I just jump right in whenever I have a spare moment. Writing is way more sporadic and any routine I try to implement ends up changing or just not sticking 😂
