fave new (to me) artists ➡ april 2026

another awesome month of new music! the biggest surprises for me this month were easily blackshape and lucy liyou. i wish i could experience blackshape's itiiitiatiihylihyl for the first time as it's one of the most beautiful pieces of music i've ever heard. likewise i want to not just experience but live through lucy liyou's music because it's literally a david lynch film for your ears. also... i wish i discovered angine de poitrine earlier because what do you mean it's $400+ to see them play at a CLUB?! also i need people to stop trying to unmask them. they are aliens. leave them alone!!
