A bladder stone from a 60 yo male, about 4cm in diameter weighing 25g. Inner composition uric acid and outer composition primarily calcium phosphate with some magnesium ammonium phosphate. Highly stratified, it was likely in the patient for a decade or more.
Not highly unusual to see, but a specimen of this size is not observed often.
