Hobbled 3 km on my cane this morning for a Cortado and honey scone.

Progressed from crutch to hand cane today, just over 4 weeks from surgery. Still very limited range of motion in leg, although swelling is going down. My STRAVA sure is taking a hit but counting the weeks until I can get back on Zwift to build cardio and some leg muscle again.

Finally gave the bike a good inspection after my fall. Seems my femur sacrificed itself for the good of Italian carbon. Just a hood that got slightly bent but other than that she is good. In other news my surgeon says I am 11 weeks out from recovery 🩼

Welp, back on this shit. Got shoved off the bike by a mentally unstable individual and cracked open my femur. Lots of bolts and plates holding things together now, in addition to my hip prosthesis.

Finally got around to putting in new tire sealant on the gravel bike. Hard to believe that this was my first outdoor ride this year.
