Medical records finally sent me an electronic copy of my imaging from my trauma in April. First image shows the spiral femur fracture just below my hip prosthesis (femur head shattered from previous trauma). The next images show the completion of ORIF surgery (long plate and screws). Leg is looking like it was pieced together at HomeDepot.

First time being able to get myself on my trainer and actually have enough knee flexion to bring the crank arm up and over for full revolutions. This is 8 weeks post ORIF femur surgery. The end of my 30cm scar just visible. Keeping low resistance for now but this is encouraging.

I miss running. Maybe I can ease back into some slower paced running when I get my current injuries sorted.
