Las night I walked past somebody taking a smoke break in an alley on my way from the parking lot into singing

And I was just musing “man, it’s been what, four years since I last had a cigarette and STILL I get these crushing cravings every time I get a whiff of tobacco smoke, when will this end”

And of course as I approached the steps of the music building a singing friend is standing outside smoking something that smelled so good I wanted to DIE
