I purchased a 10 inch XP-Pen monitor during Black Friday and just started playing around with it. It's no Cintiq that's for sure but it's very reasonably priced, so for less than $300 I thought I'd give it a try :-) So far, with a little bit of practice I've been able to achieve pretty good line art (with a lot of help from the new smoothing optuon in Photoshop). So what else did I decide to draw but Batman LOL! I was trying to go for an old school look, think 70's Neil Adams as my main influence.
