I don't even remember the first time that I laid eyes on him. All of a sudden he just was. He was holding my hand as he walked me to my classes. He was laying on my bed laughing at Archer as he stroked my hair. He was wiping the tears from my cheeks at 3 in the morning when things go to be too much. I don't even remember the moment when he changed my life so irreperably but i remember the moment he left. The second. The shift of his eyes as he all of a sudden couldn't look at me any longer. The way his lips turned down in a grimace when i asked him what I did wrong and the almost imperceptible shake of his head when I told him I could change. I remember that second like it was carved onto the backs of my eyelids and I want nothing more than to forget.

Maybe if i went blind I wouldn't see you everywhere I looked
