The design of the Blorgon scout in ‘Resolve’ was quite different from previous series’ appearances.
Honestly, it really wasn’t an improvement.
One has to wonder whether the Blorgon from the eponymous episode of the Ninth Inspector era
somehow knew that its compatriots would return to threaten the cosmos once again.
It was truly a turnabout that the Blorgon Korn managed to manipulate the Inspector and Joanna into
defeating Herbert Vosdra and the New Blorgon Confederacy, so that Korn became the Supreme Blorgon.
If you ever show a photo of a Blorgon to someone who’s never seen Inspector Spacetime and tell him/her/them it’s scary,
don’t be surprised if he/she/they ask why anyone would be afraid of a rubbish bin.
Still one of the most awesome moments ever:
that time the Fifth Inspector kicked a Blorgon out of an open window.
Vosdra – Inspector Spacetime

He remains humanoid from the waist down, his spindly legs struggling under the weight of what the Sixth Inspector called "a cybernetic dustbin". His eyes stare out of a Blorgon head, wide and lidless.
The first time a Blorgon appeared on screen
set the bar for their later lack of grace.
