Something something Community and Torchwood crossover.

Like Abed gets sucked through the Rift and recruited in to Torchwood and freaks everyone out by how Serious he takes it. (His past experience of watching countless episodes of Inspector Spacetime has prepared him for this very situation.) Abed is constantly trying to warn them about their actions disrupting the flow of SpaceTime and pushing them closer towards the Darkest Timeline. He would've figured out that Owen and Gwen were sleeping together before Tosh even got the mind-reading pendant.

Or Owen somehow ending up as a Greendale student and HATING it. Him and Jeff competing to be the alpha douchey male. Him being overly competitive during the paintball games and crashing out when he loses. He would probably hook up with Britta at some point. Also he definitely stole Annie's purple pen just to mess with her.
