I just had a major breakthrough for Ears - her motivations, her conflicts, her struggles, her goals, during season three. I’ve been working hard on this plot for the past couple of days, and it just tied itself up into a nice little bow for me. I fucking love having these ah-hah! moments with my characters. I think it’s what makes writing worth it.

Now I just need one for Javi.

Alright unpopular opinion time.

I don't want Troy Baker to come back as Rhys.

Maybe when I first found out I was sad and did.

But now after reading all his tweets, after hearing how he said it to a fan in a convention, after seeing the tweet from the Gearbox CEO about him turning it down.

I don't want him back.

He's being childish and just not very nice.

His twitter seems to be soully used for promotional stuff until peoole started tweeting at him asking about it. And then he called out Gearbox for it.

He didn't bring this up until Borderlands 3 blew up and it comes across manipulative and exploitative.

And I enjoyed Tales from The Borderlands like everyone else. I played it 3 times and I enjoyed it and his voice. And I still like Rhys.

But his actions to me are petty. And I do not want him back. And if I was in the industry, it would turn me away from working with him.

There's my hot tea and there is me spilling it. I hope I used that right. Probably not.

And I'm not trying to start fights but I feel I need to put that out there.
