Zoey - firefighter, if you've seen the movie she'd be a mix of Lucia and varys. She's very against the policing of the burnish but can't do anything about it. Same firehouse as rumi
Mira - Burnish very much like lio including his high level of control over his flame, better than rumis cause she knows how to use it. She fled her family when they threatened to kill her because of her mutation. Legally she's dead
Celine - in krays role but not nearly as terrible a human being. She's not Burnish but has rumi hide it because of how people treat them. The world is still on fire due to Burnish suffering so she's exhausted all options on how to prevent the world from ending, which is why she is forced to use the Burnish to power an escape vessel
Bobby - kinda biar, kinda not, very loyal to Celine but cares a lot about rumi and her wellbeing. Knows rumis Burnish but feels like he doesn't have a say in the matter cause he's not really family
Jinu - Burnish a friend of rumis outside of firefighting. He's trying to teach her to accept herself but the progress is very slow
