Between two toasted baguette halves, this sandwich has the rich flavors of crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and tangy blue cheese.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bacon. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 100g blue cheese, crumbled. 1 baguette, halved and toasted.
Instructions: Cook bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Slice the baguette lengthwise and toast until golden brown. Spread avocado slices evenly over the bottom half of the baguette. Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over the avocado. Layer crispy bacon slices on top of the blue cheese. Cover with the other half of the baguette. Slice the baguette into individual portions and serve immediately.
