A warm baked pasta dish with meatballs and bucatini noodles, topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients: 12 oz bucatini pasta. 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 egg. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Follow the directions on the package to cook the bucatini until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Put breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the ground beef and mix it all together. Mix everything together well. Form the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across. Spoon a little marinara sauce into a baking dish. Spread out the meatballs on top of the sauce. Put the cooked bucatini pasta on top of the meatballs. Cover the pasta and meatballs with the rest of the marinara sauce. Add some chopped mozzarella cheese on top. Place the baking dish in a hot oven and bake for 25 minutes with the foil covering it. Take off the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble. Enjoy while hot!
