i know this sounds pathetic but everything recently just feels like a never ending fever dream but when i wake up im extremly tired even though i just woke up like im mentally burnt out. life feels weird and existing is even weirder i dont know how to eplain it

I know that feeling, I can offer you advice but since I am not a registered psychologist I can't give a concrete answer, but in my own opinion this sounds alot like dissociation mixed with depression or anxiety, mental burnout can be tough on everyone, if you can I suggest you find someone you can talk to and give yourself a well deserved rest, remember we love you <3
