Oh by goodness, by golly - what's happening here?! Chainplate removal has begun and so we are sectioning off work areas in an effort to stop fibreglass dust taking over our living space. Darren suited up and spent 4 hours in that section yesterday. Last boat yoga(for now)... Saluting the setting sun with a moving meditation, I'm feeling very tired and rather weak, my hair is full of coconut oil, No matching yoga sets to be seen(or six packs!) But this is what I've got and where I am. Home time tomorrow! It's been a very mixed contract, with the classic cruise highs and lows, I'm just very grateful to be able to turn to yoga and meditation when my brain starts going into over drive. One small chapter closes, another one begins.
