Another week on WW PointsPlus and another no gain - no loss week. On one hand, man does it feel good to eat garbage and not pay for it on weigh in day. I do believe that the old PointsPlus system was/is the most liveable diet out there. That being said, I need to lose weight. Starting this week I have changed plans and am now following the old WW Beyond the Scale plan, which is using the same SmartPoints that they use now, which guides you to eating leaner cuts of meat, less sugar, and more fruits and veggies. Truth be told, I can’t be trusted with sugar as the past two weeks I’ve been engorging myself with them. I hope that with meal planning, proper snacking, and this new plan, I can hopefully report a weight loss next week. The good news? I have been eating over 200+ carbs a day for the past two weeks and still have lost a little weight. I was really worried that I’d gain substantially transitioning off Keto but it has went way better then I thought it would!
