Many people ask me how to deal with the stress.  Everybody knows that stress influences behavior and has a negative impact when for example you are at an interview or dealing with a manager etc. Stress may negatively influence if you are at a date. Why do I present You these rules?    My frenemy is single and asked me for my help. After dealing with quite interesting situations it was necessary to change his behavior when dealing with lovely ladies. Of course he didn’t need a diary because I observed his behavior and knew what was to be done. In an institute somebody mixed a harmful substance with sugar. one of the employees was rushed to the hospital due to intoxication. Nobody knew who poured and mixed that substance with sugar. In consequence tha management called in the polygraph experts. Two of the employees were 'found' to be guilty. they were fired immediately.  The two employees sued that institute, and later on, after hearings, they were absolved of guilt. The management of the institute failed to prove that the two were guilty in court. The fact that they were accused, judged and fired, proved that the management committed an illegality. Because the perpetrator wasn't caught, the police began the investigation. After a year of investigations, police found out that the real perpetrator (who previously presented his resignation and was working for the last time) mixed the substance with sugar, in order to retaliate. Facial expressions are important especially when conducting interrogations.  Facial expressions are very important when dealing with depressed patients.  Also facial expressions are very important when interrogating people with antisocial personality behavior. Facial expressions are controlled by the limbic system, which is influenced by neurochemicals. Also several emotions are displayed on the face and these are emotion cues.  When speaking about emotions, it is important to know if the individual displays primary or secondary emotions in order to ‘read’ him/her properly.  Positive and negative emotions are determined by the value of the affects triggered by the environment and settings. One affect can be a component of various and different emotional processes. For example happiness can be determined by the environment (living in the Paradise), by the fact that one published a best seller, by the fact that one obtained a scientific degree, or by the fact that the enemy was defeated - in this last situation, happiness can be a consequence that the fear of being defeated/enslaved disappeared and a potential threat was eliminated. So what is the truth? I ask You There are 6 types of faces. Every type of face has three (major) subtypes. As I said in my video course, although, every face has the same muscle disposition, well, their disposition may vary from face to face.  That is why 97% of humans have problems in recognizing micro-expressions. You need to know what and where to look for. And yes, there are many who believe they can decipher the human face. Another way to describe the psychopath. In theory, everyone tells me that they know how to distinguish a psychopath. But in practice, they are surprised when I ask them ‘Do You know that Your partner has these traits? That Your partner has psychopathy?’  Often You have to stand alone, and to break up with the psychopaths. Only when You are safe you can afford Yourself the privilege of waiting for police intervention. Until the moment You are safe, You have to face and fight the psychopath in order to survive. You are not allowed to surrender.
