Tried something new this morning!
10 Burpees + 2min rest (4 sets)
20 Pushups (incline) + 2min rest (4 sets)
20 Reverse wrist Curls + 1min rest (3 sets)
20 Finger extensions + 1 min rest (3 sets)
1:30min plank + 2min rest (4 sets)
1min Iron Cross + 2 min rest (4 sets)
30 Leg Paddles + 1 min rest (3 sets)
Total of about 1hr 15 min. Way out of my norm for workouts, but trying it for a bit! I am not used to adding in that much time resting. We will see what the results are in a few weeks I suppose. I definitely feel.... Something. The workout was mostly stabilizer muscles. My core feels good and holding good posture is default afterwards, so hooray! I definitely feel the muscles along my ribs are sore. Interested to see how this routine plays out.
