I know I'm new 2 the regression thing and that there's barely any information unless you actively look for it..

But I am surprised I personally havent seen anything describe what Vent Regression feels like? Definitely dependent on the small amout of specifically agere blogs I follow..

People say how Vent Regression is a better term that Impure Regression. I read how Vent Regression is okay to experience. But I haven't seen too many describe what it feels like to be little during a stressful moment.

Well, from my experiences of it, it isn't something that is the best.

This is sensitive feelings I am showing about my own specific feelings and the research I did, so under the cut. And if you read it, understand doing research yourself is very good!

The small feeling of being little makes your sad and mean thoughts feeling bigger and more powerful that they actually are.

I know people experience stressful feelings and they are bad as a big person. And someone will regress to help with those feelings in a better way.

But regressing unexpectedly as a response to big, bad feelings without a feeling of getting prepared.

Your little head with make the thoughts make you unsafe with your own head. But I found some ways to help if you feel yourself slipping into your little head. Or even if you are already there.

Snuggle and talk with your plushies. You can cry into them and they'll be there to help with your emotions.

2. Depending on where you are and what you have, put something on your electronic to watch. A kid tv show, kid directed YouTube videos, whatever type of video can give you comfort.

3. The simplest task you can get through to feel awesome and accomplished! Replace mean thoughts with supportive thoughts.

4. Talk with someone you trust to vent to. But make sure your someone you choose can handle dealing with you emotions. Sometimes venting out loud to other can stress them too. But talk first, before assuming they will get stressed immediately.

5. Even if you can't or don't wanna talk about what is stressing or making you feel bad, just doing something you can handle doing with a someone can be nice.

6. If you aren't a people person, whether IRL or even online. Just do something you know makes you comfortable and happier!

I'm sure more people need other types of comforts to help your bad thoughts to go away. So it's okay to do a bit of research on what is the best way to rid yourself of your bad thoughts!
