Headcanon that the bickering in between songs in six were written based on actual fights that the queens had, but when they were working on the script they would also occasionally do some "improv fighting" just to brainstorm and get good ideas for the dialogue

During one of those improvs boleyn first made the "who's that [howard] again?" jab and kat got so offended she tackled anne to the ground
