food to buy thatll keep you going and is easy to prepare
salad and spinach bullshit
herb bullshit like thyme or dill it goes great with anything
carrots (but eat them fast because they have a half life decay)
$12 top steak (cut into three portions you dont need to eat a lot of protein in your diet)
With these powers combined you have an enduring and mostly nutritious meal. Add a small portion of protein (meat, nuts, dairy, something, just fuking check the nutrition label like an adult you nerd) to any meal, and it keeps you from. When protein breaks down in your body it produces tyrosine which is a chemical that tells your brain “Fuk all, stop eating. That’s enough eating for now.”
The top trio rice, pasta, and potato are easy preps and can yield leftovers - eat your flippin leftovers you bloody deck it won’t kill you to eat all your meal in smallish portions your saving money for gasoline or some bullshit. But prep small portions for your personal consumption - instance, pasta is super cheap, and you can easily get three meals ($3-$5 a box, is like $1.09 a meal) out of a box - you can spice up your boring pasta with cheese (your protein), or veggies - adding frozen veggies like peas or some broccoli bullshit is neat too. I don’t care if the combination is weird, your gonna save loose change and have something moderately nutritious to keep you going for the day.
What did Gordon Ramsay say? Do I look like I give a rug what that wholesome chef boi saze? Im not a master chef, I’m a poor Bone Cloak trying to get offerings from pretentious people who don’t give a deck how many miles I walked today to reach this doorstep. Make some fucking food, get some nutritions in your bones, and catch up on your sleep. Eating good food helps you sleep - I don’t expect you to eat a full three course meal five times a day, one meal is good so long as yoy get a break-fast in there. Breakfast doesn’t count as a meal, because its breaking fast, when you sleep your fasting. No, no midnight snakcs, go to bed and stay asleep. Drink some water, that helps. Get it from the neighbors lawn faucet, I know times are rough. Just try and make a meal last, save some money and eat right.
Flat out eating is good too, but try and get in one good meal a day, and try and slip some leftovers in there. Leftovers don’t take a lot of time to prep up nice, you can even mix and match.
I eat cold food for dinner because I dont have access to a microwave between 3-10. Adulting is hard.
