BOOK REVIEW: Northern Lights by Philip Pullman . So I pushed myself to read this before the tv series came out, and I’m not disappointed. I fully understand now why this is such a classic. I have fallen in LOVE with Lyra and Pan, and also Iorek! It’s one of those books where you’re instantly hooked, no having to ‘get into the story the first 100 pages’ I saw that this series made the BBC’s 100 most inspiring books list, and I haven’t even finished the series and already agree. Honestly the only let down is that I didn’t order the whole series in one go, so now I have to wait until the other 2 books arrive before I get to meet Will! . If you had a dæmon, what animal would it be? I like to think mine would be something like a hedgehog! 🦔 . P.S. please no spoilers for the tv show!
