I love the idea that the team in Sonic Boom found out Shadow was a father by accidentally kidnapping his kid and being met with an absolutely fucking enraged alien hybrid outside ready to bust their door down. He’s had his kid taken from him by some really bad people before, so he’s seeing nothing but red. The only thing on his mind, the only thing he can think of, is to get his kid back.

Bonus points if Silver’s a baby and cries the whole time, only stopping once Shadow has him in his arms after bodying everyone else and clinging onto him. Shadow thinks that they’re all unconscious, but one of them is still awake and watching him soothe the baby. The baby who seems very happy to see him.

Or if they invade Shadow’s home, whether it’s an abandoned cabin he decided to claim or his cave, and Shadow is threatening them all to leave. And regardless of if they’re already fighting or Shadow is getting angrier and threatening to really injure them if they don’t leave, as soon as everyone hears the sound of a baby crying, Shadow turns around and teleports away.

If they manage to find Shadow, they find him tending to his child.

Sticks is terrified of Father Shadow. She knows how dangerous parents are when protecting their young, so she’s most likely to listen and back off, but I can totally see Knuckles getting so excited by the sight of the little one that he completely forgets about Shadow and goes to get closer. He just barely avoids getting hit by a chaos spear.

but I blend my canon so basically what if my story is in a boom universe

I could expand their lores together but idk

I have so many things to say why I hate boom shadow's characterization but to put simply that it's such a miss potential to put shadow in mundane and silly scenarios without any overacting storyline, even worse that he's really ooc in that universe

I know boom exaggerates the cast's personalities but you could make shadow be exaggerated without being way too ooc

hot take but I hate boom knuckles too, even if he's funny I don't like episodes revolving around him

Really funny idea, Boom Silver just being Booster Gold. He's just some guy who went back in time to hang out with Sonic and be potentially rich and famous. Sonic can't stand his ass lol

Playing around with possibly making a boom!Silver but i cant think of any sonic boom worthy backstories. Like even if i completely ignore it like sonic boom did for Shadow i still need some reason for why he's traveled in time OR i'll have to ignore his time travel completely

Is like a time traveling tourist and is just passing through

Time traveled and is now stuck in the past but its been like a year now so he's accepted it and has become some weird guy who lives on the furthest end of town that has all these rumors about him. Kinda like he's that one abandoned house near your neighborhood the kids are convinced is haunted or like he's a fairytale witch waiting for victims but the truth is he's basically a off the grid homesteader who really needs to socialize more. Team Sonic end up dropping by occasionally if they think he might know something that could help their immediate future

Shows up with Blaze on some type of mission

Shows up looking for Blaze (Sonic is all excited like "heck yeah ive always wanted to save a princess" only to find out Blaze's personality and dress is not fairytale damsel-like which crushes his boyhood dreams (he gets over it pretty fast dw)) and leads her rescue mission. He'd be pretty serious and focused considering his best friend has been kidnapped vs maybe being goofy after everything is over

Idk a hippie-like guy??? and him and Amy bond over things like destiny shaping various futures and fortune telling
