#bootea detox

Been drinking Bootea since December 21st and NOTHING.

This is my third time with this drink. First time was amazing, lost even more weight than I’ve gained, was looking fit af, fab and everything.

Second time was a flop.

This time I wanted to give it another try. But so far, I look the same and I haven’t lost 1 kg. How is that even possible?

I’m really starting to think that they SECRETLY CHANGED THEIR FORMULA. Once they publicly wrote the formula, but now it’s kind of hidden.
 Moreover, the first time I bought it, it wasn’t still that big of a hype… So I firmly believe that they started to lessen certain powerful herbs in order to grow their income… But that would be a scam. Otherwise I don’t know how it can be possible that this tea can’t make THE SAME PERSON (aka me) lose weight anymore. It’s always me, same diet, same lifestyle.

Day two Bootea detox

Day two has been really great with Bootea, the morning drink is still refreshing and I am noticing I feel lighter on my feet, my appetite has definitely reduced which is a good thing and I am slowly beginning to how great I feel. I have also noticed that I don't feel sluggish and lethargic and I feel more refreshed. The evening tea is really nice and it's rather calming too. I feel more ready for bed and relaxed. I think this detoxing is really also helping my skin too.

Level 3 260 calories Average HR: 144 Max HR: 180 Time in zone: 22.30

I did all the mountain climbers today (well, the modified version) and my hips were clicking away with every single one.. Not sure if that’s something to be worried about or not but I guess doing the advanced and explosive move would be more damaging if it is a sign of damage? Rockstar jumps are getting easier! And I’m now using two 1.5kg hand weights when I do the second strength circuit instead of just one, which is good. I’m trying to not let the lower calorie burn bother me because I know that this level is more about strength and muscles than cardio, and so my heart rate wont be so high. I’m wondering what to do next when I reach day 30 - potentially her Ripped In 30 DVD? The Shred has been so good for me but it does start to get repetitive and a bit boring after a while, which I think makes it harder..

Making a potato, lentil and cauliflower curry for lunch with brown rice before heading off to work later. The Nighttime Detox Bootea I drank last night didn’t make going to the toilet any easier like it’s supposed to, but did make me feel a little ill this morning.. Has anyone had a similar Bootea experience?
