Workin that booty! #Repost @fitlodenver ・・・ DAY 2 of the #DenverFitmas Insta Challenge. Today's host, @prfitnessstudio challenges you to a Booty School workout. . . . . . . YOUR CHALLENGE: 1) BOOTY BLASTERS (aka QUADRUPED HIP EXTENSIONS), PeRform 100 reps each leg w/ body weight or add a 5 lb. ankle weight. 2) Double Walking Lunges: Step and PeRform one lunge at a full range-of-motion plus a 1/2 lunge. Step together and step forward with other leg. Continue alternating for 50 reps. 3) Pop Squats: Begin w/ legs together. Jump- landing in a squat, jump back to starting position. PeRform 25 reps 4) One Legged Hip Thrust: Begin with your back on the floor, legs bent w/ heels under your knees. Lift one foot off the floor, keeping hips square (don't drop your hips to one side) and thrust the opposite hip up towards the ceiling. Push your heel into the floor as you drive your hip up and squeeze (contract) your glute hard! PeRform 25 reps each side . . . . . .
