Today is also 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆, and although several of Richard's chaRActers have had antagonistic relationships with their superiors (think Guy/Vaisey, Daniel/Steven, Lucas/Harry), the most devastating one IMHO is Hugh Collinson's smear of John Porter's reputation to cover his own cowardice, which forms the major plot in Strike Back: Origins. From Collinson's original lie to the game of cat-and-mouse he plays with John and his eventual admission of guilt, the pair are inextricably connected until the final moments of the series.

In October I participated in the Love Notes Project in two ways.  At the beginning of the month I was a Love Notes Fairy.  Then I exchanged three weekly postcards* with my assigned penpals. While waiting for a table to open at a restaurant, my friend and I decided to troll through a dollar store and make fun of stupid Hallmark cards. We found a section of obscure made-up holidays, including "Bosses Day". Upon researching this day, we found what may possibly be the the best Wikipedia article in existence.

Ufyh- Boss’s Day Edition

I forgot to take a before picture 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Basically, before this there were a bunch of boxes filled with stuff like plastic silverware and cleaning supplies on the shelves of my boss’s office because, unfortunately, it’s in the dry storage area of our kitchen. So for Boss’s Day this Monday I’ve been working on making the area less chaotic. Go me!

There is still work to be done but we are all loving it and can’t wait to see her expression when she gets to work this next week!
