I believe I saw a post where they said that the Spanish voice acting put "itto" at the end of a verb, and it also used the verb for carry rather than lift.
It implies affection in Spanish (apparently, cus I'm no expert), buts it's used to show how Revali is mocking link. But you could also choose to interpret as Revali's awkward yet agressive flirting attempts for your fic lmao

Like Daruk takes Rudania for a walk and Mipha lifts Ruta's trunk. Urbosa nor Revali move their divine beasts, but this is what happens in Revali's Flap (in my eyes)
