So I bought a red jade thumb ring! It's a fashion piece, but it did evolve out of archery thumb rings. I think this one is a bit too narrow, but otherwise it's similar in dimensions to a Manchu thumb ring.

So... today I was having a play with my technique, really refining my back tension and posture, focussing on my front arm and shoulder to pull out some strong shots! My elbow is feeling so much better and after today I feel like I can take on the world!
Landed in Rome- done some exploring and off to check out the Stadio dei Marmi this afternoon!
