Therapy Comics: Holding It In.
I'll likely also upload the two page as it's own but I felt some things didn't make sense without it. My recent months I've been trying to pull back the urges to think about people while also feeling like I'm completely defenseless when I let down my guard. I promised others that if I didn't see any of them by August, I would try my hardest to let them go proper. To be real, it pretty much worked until the moment I realized it was. Almost as if to set me up for failure, to stop expecting the disaster was the moment one happened. Its put me into a pretty big depressive hole. You can be leave and suffer for it while other's lives go on the same and it might drive me crazy. The fact that I don't even leave a hole when I'm gone. I know the next few months will be hard because it's the season I struggle with the most, my selling season is done and now I just have to work. Loosing purpose hits hard.
