I'm definitely just overanalyzing anything at this point but. I was watching Car Trek and I find it really interesting how you can possibly read this scene as showing off how much Ray tended to prioritize Henry over everyone else in the show like. AM I CRAZY.

obviously the joke here is that Ray wants to drive even if it's Schwaz van, and that he likes being in charge of things that aren't even his job to do, that's literally the whole gag. it's funny, we all laughed WOO... butttt, again, Henry's presence is what's throwing me off. Even before Ray forced Schwaz out of the drivers seat, Henry already called shot gun. Probably because Charlotte and Jasper were probably gonna stay in the back, so might as well. Whatever, normal. But then Ray starts telling Schwaz to gtfo, and what really catches my attention is the fact that he never really involves Henry in the whole thing?

Obviously, he's not going to tell Henry to go back too, it's Henry (and that pretty much is my whole point LMFAO). He doesn't tell Schwaz to just take the passenger seat. No, he tells him to go to the back, and even if it's Charlotte's birthday he wasn't giving her any shotgun privileges either. Henry just stays and no one's arguing because Ray's probably also gonna fight for him to stay 😭

also find it really interesting how henry just. didn't say anything the whole time. feel like that's silent acknowledgement Ray WILL consider him first over a lot of stuff
