Has anyone decoded the binary values on this Mizi art yet?

It's the best quality I could grab, but the numbers are somewhat hazy.

It could be nonsense, but would be nice if anyone had looked into it earlier. Otherwise, I might check it out later.

So, you probably went over this already, but I just want to ask. What's your thoughts on 303? Like, a lot of people are saying that its a bad thing that Best Jeanist, Hawks and Endavour are going to teaming up. That they haven't actually learned anything about what went down... and I just feel like, that isn't right? Both Hawks and Endavour got utterly destroyed in the war arc, and torn down to their very foundations. Aren't they in the exact right place to start building back up properly?

Honestly, my first thought was “finally.” I mean some heroes work better alone, and that’s respectable, especially if they have quirks that make it hard to work in close counters with other people (like some of Endeavor’s flame attacks or All Might’s wind attacks). But usually the more people you have corresponding and working together, the stronger your forces. So the fact that the three top heroes who are already VERY strong on their own, and have experience fighting the villains already, gives them better odds.

And now they also know something’s up with Deku and and his connections with Shigaraki (possibly All Might as well??) honestly if they could reveal...even a little bit of what’s going on, while coming to an agreement that they can’t share everything, so that the top heroes can assist Deku- I think that would be a good option. Idk I’m sure Horikoshi has an amazing plan worked out, I can’t wait to see what
