And now I'm having an existential crisis over what temperature it should be brewed at. Do you go the green tea 80C because it has green tea in it, or the black tea 100C because it's also got black tea?
(ngl - my Melbournite side is showing, I'm mildly concerned about the 'Sydney Special'. But we'll give it a shot I guess)
