bridge scene
SCREAM😭😭😭😭😭
he was like okok catherines life IS in danger but.... what if we have just a quickkkk rub rub
I still need to scream into the void about the bridge scene. The music choice was absolute *chef kiss*. Listening to it still brings tears.
I certainly wish we had a little more time to explore feelings V change in psyche and heart about killing. It was a little too speedy but, considering we only have 8 eps, and we got one explicitly for her. The V comparison between season 2 finale and season 3 is wild. I’m so here for it.
Back to the bridge, V’s last lingering lean into Eve before walking away. V stopping first but waiting before looking back. Eve looking back first. V eventually joining her. Ughhh. It’s too much.
I’d be personally unsatisfied if the series had ended there, but it would be a beautiful ending. Though, I know post season 4, many people have lamented that it didn’t end there. So I guess we will see how I feel after I can calm down enough to continue.
“One push. That’s all it’d take.”
Bring on the Sugdens vs. the Tates war.
By the Sugdens I mean Robert and Aaron, of course.
Time is running out... The moment he realizes that he really lost everything 😭

the bridge scene is set up to be romantic, and is meant to be read romantically, both in that naruto's words parallel hinata's own confession in the pein arc and the setting and naruto's proposition to sasuke himself, but the romance isn't the focal point - it was about being someone that sasuke needed at that point of his life, it was about someone being his friend with no hidden agenda, someone who would stick by him when the whole world was against him until the very end, and even beyond in the afterlife. someone who loves him yes, but a friend first and foremost - sasuke's one and only/closest/most intimate friend, who doesn't want him to be in pain, who hurts when they hurt.
Full color commission for woolyboy2k9! Featuring his OC and Velvet Scarlatina in a recreation of a famous romantic bridge scene with Aragorn and Arwen from "Lord of the Rings"!
I enjoyed making the characters glow, and working on the background too. Trying to recreate it in my style and to keep the overall concept and mood... Even created a custom brush (again). So if you want me to draw simple backgrounds, choose either greenery or clouds, I think I got the hang of it 😁
